The Independent Living Council of Wisconsin is inviting Wisconsin residents to participate in its 2028-2030 Needs Assessment Survey.
The survey provides an opportunity for residents across the state to share their perspectives and help inform future planning and priorities. Feedback from Wisconsin residents will provide valuable insight as the council looks ahead to 2028-2030.
All Wisconsin residents are encouraged to participate. Whether you have personal experience with independent living services or simply want to share your perspective as a Wisconsin resident, your voice matters.
The survey is open through November 1, 2026.
