DE PERE, Wis. (June 25, 2025) — Lakeland Care, Inc., a Wisconsin-based organization dedicated to building better lives, has opened a new office at 3313 S. Packerland Drive, Suite C, in De Pere, Wisconsin. The location will serve as a valuable resource for the De Pere community, supporting Lakeland Care’s mission to strengthen communities by providing long-term care services to frail elders and adults with disabilities through Wisconsin’s Family Care program.
“We are pleased to announce the opening of our new office in De Pere,” said Sara Muhlbauer, chief executive officer of Lakeland Care. “Lakeland Care has a long history of helping elders and people with disabilities live more independently throughout northeastern Wisconsin. We look forward to continuing to serve these communities through our new De Pere location.”
Lakeland Care’s person-centered approach helps members access the services and resources they need to remain independent and live at home whenever possible. One of the first Managed Care Organizations to offer the Family Care benefit, Lakeland Care has provided services for 25 years and currently supports more than 7,000 members across 31 Wisconsin counties.
