Lakeland Care Inc. Celebrates Grand Opening in Oshkosh

Oshkosh, Wis.Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI), an organization dedicated to building better lives, has officially opened a new office at 1922 S Washburn Street in Oshkosh.

“We are thrilled to be celebrating the opening of our new Oshkosh location,” said Sara Muhlbauer, Chief Executive Officer of Lakeland Care. “For over 14 years, we’ve been dedicated to serving individuals in Winnebago County, and our new office will enable us to continue to connect with community members and partners. We’re excited to continue our mission of empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and inspiring futures here in Oshkosh. Our commitment to this region remains strong, and we look forward to continuing our work in fostering growth, connection, and well-being for all who call this area home.”

Lakeland Care is a nonprofit organization that provides long-term care services and support for frail elders and adults with disabilities through Wisconsin’s Family Care program. By prioritizing individual needs, the program helps members access the resources they need to maintain their independence and live at home whenever possible. With over 24 years of experience, Lakeland Care was among the first Managed Care Organizations to offer the Family Care benefit.
