Manitowoc, Wis. – Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI), an organization dedicated to building better lives, has officially opened a new office at 1 E. Waldo Blvd., Suite 2, in Manitowoc.
Lakeland Care has been serving Manitowoc residents since 2010, providing long-term care services and support to frail elders and adults with disabilities through Wisconsin’s Family Care program. The program is designed to meet each individual’s unique needs, helping members access the resources they need to maintain their independence and live in their communities. With over 24 years of experience, Lakeland Care was one of the first Managed Care Organizations to offer the Family Care benefit.
“We are excited to open our new office in Manitowoc and continue our long-standing commitment to the community,” said Sara Muhlbauer, Chief Executive Officer of Lakeland Care. “This location will allow us to maintain and strengthen the partnerships we have already built with area residents and providers. Our focus remains on empowering individuals to live independently and to thrive in their communities, and we look forward to expanding our reach and support across Manitowoc County.”
