Cory has been a Lakeland Care member since 2019. At 23, he was living with his parents and dreamed of having a place of his own, though he wasn’t sure it would ever be possible.
With determination, a positive outlook, and strong collaboration with his interdisciplinary team (IDT), Cory began working toward that goal. Through the support of caregivers, adaptive equipment, and an accessible apartment, his dream became a reality.
Since December 2019, Cory has been proudly and successfully living independently!
