Our Lakeland Care office locations are not open to the public, but are open by appointment.
Lakeland Care staff are available for remote assistance and in-person meetings with members at their homes and within the community. Even if we don’t have a physical office in your city, we make it easy for you—our care teams will travel to you, ensuring that exceptional care is always within reach.
