Save the Date for the Lakeland Care, Inc. Health and Wellness Fair
Lakeland Care, Inc., an organization focused on building better lives through programs that care for and inspire our communities, is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair on September 29th at their Fond du Lac office at N6654 Rolling Meadows Drive.
Admission to the Health and Wellness Fair and most of the activities are free. Everyone is invited to attend.
Several activities and speakers are scheduled for the Health and Wellness Fair. Some of the activities and exhibitors include:

- ASTOP, Inc. Sexual Abuse Center
- Bicycle Safety with Fond du Lac Cyclery
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Chair Massages (10-minute massage for $10)
- Community Blood Center Blood Drive (10:30 to 2:30 pm)
- Fond du Lac County United Way
- Food Trucks
- Kenealy Counseling, LLC
- Mom’s Meals
- SSM Health
- Town of Fond du Lac Fire Trucks and Ambulance tours
The schedule of speakers includes:
11:30 am: SSM Health, Dr. Heather Schmidt – Mental Health and Self-Care
12:15 pm: Network Health Wellness Team – Healthy Cooking Demo and Food Label Reading
1:00 pm: SSM Health Diabetic Educator -Reversal of Pre-Diabetes
1:45 pm: Advocate-Aurora Chiropractic Educator- Physical Activity and Injury Prevention
2:30 pm: Lakeland Care, Inc.- Advance Directives with workshop to follow.
