Lakeland Care, Inc. Opens New Office in Appleton
APPLETON, Wis. – Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI), an organization focused on building better lives through programs that care for and inspire our communities, has expanded to open a new office at 4545 W. College Avenue in Appleton.
“We are excited to announce the opening of our first office in the Appleton area,” said Sara Muhlbauer, Chief Executive Officer of Lakeland Care. “Many of our staff and members live and work within the greater Fox Cities. This location will allow us to continue to provide quality services to residents of the greater Fox Cities, and it will be a valuable resource for Lakeland Care members, staff, and business operations.”
Lakeland Care is a local nonprofit organization that provides long-term care services and supports to eligible frail elders and individuals with physical and intellectual or developmental disabilities through Wisconsin’s Family Care program throughout Northeast and North Central Wisconsin. Additionally, Lakeland Care offers private care management for those in need who may not qualify for the Family Care program. Lakeland Care currently serves over 300 members in Outagamie County and over 7,000 members across 22 counties.
